Welcome to Paramount Adventure Travel & Treks. By making a booking or payment with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
We understand that travel plans can change, so we keep our cancellation policy flexible:
Any non-refundable expenses already paid for permits, flights, hotels, transportation, or other services will be deducted from the applicable refund.
Instead of cancelling, guests may request to postpone their trip to a future date. We will transfer the amount paid to the new travel date, subject to any unavoidable non-refundable expenses or difference in trip price.
The itinerary provided is a planned schedule and should be considered a guideline rather than a guaranteed schedule. Weather, road conditions, flight cancellations, illness, landslides, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, political situations, or other unforeseen circumstances may require changes.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide the best available alternative. Any additional costs resulting from changes beyond our control may be payable by the guest.
Accommodation during trekking and tours is generally provided on a twin-sharing basis. A single supplement may apply if a guest requests a private room or if a suitable sharing arrangement is not available.
Domestic flights in Nepal, particularly mountain flights, may be delayed or cancelled due to weather and other operational conditions. We will assist with alternative arrangements whenever possible.
Any additional costs for accommodation, meals, transportation, or flight changes caused by such delays may be payable by the guest.
We are not responsible for costs arising from missed international flights, but we will assist with alternative arrangements where possible.
In exceptional circumstances such as major natural disasters, severe political unrest, war, or other situations beyond our reasonable control, we may need to cancel or modify a trip.
Where possible, we will offer an alternative arrangement or travel date. Any refund will be based on the amount recoverable after deducting expenses already incurred or non-refundable costs.
If a guest voluntarily leaves a trip early, changes the itinerary, or does not use included services, no refund will normally be provided for unused services.
Any additional accommodation, transportation, or other expenses resulting from leaving the planned itinerary will be the guest's responsibility.
Guests are responsible for choosing a trip suitable for their health and fitness level. Please inform us of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements before the trip.
Our guide may recommend changing or stopping the itinerary if continuing would create a serious safety concern.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical treatment, emergency evacuation, trekking activities, accidents, trip cancellation, flight delays, and loss of personal belongings.
Any medical, evacuation, or emergency expenses not covered by insurance are the responsibility of the guest.
Trekking, climbing, adventure activities, and travel in remote mountain areas involve inherent risks, including accidents, illness, altitude-related problems, extreme weather, landslides, road conditions, and limited access to medical facilities.
We take reasonable steps to provide a safe and enjoyable trip; however, guests understand and accept the normal risks associated with adventure travel.
Our guides and staff are responsible for managing the trip and may make reasonable decisions regarding safety and itinerary changes.
We work with airlines, hotels, transport providers, local agencies, guides, and other service providers. We cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or changes caused by circumstances or actions beyond our reasonable control.
Any unlawful, unsafe, or seriously disruptive behavior may result in the guest being removed from the trip without refund.
Guests are responsible for their passports, visas, money, luggage, electronic devices, and personal belongings. We recommend keeping important documents and valuables secure throughout the trip.
Trip prices may change due to government taxes, permit fees, transportation costs, exchange-rate fluctuations, or other external factors.
However, once a booking has been confirmed with a deposit, we will make every reasonable effort to maintain the agreed price. Any significant unavoidable increase will be discussed with the guest in advance.
During the trip, our guides may take photographs and videos of guests and trip activities. Paramount Adventure Travel & Treks may use these photographs and videos for promotional purposes, including our website, social media, brochures, and other marketing materials.
If you do not wish to appear in our promotional materials, please inform us before or during the trip.
