Born and raised in Pokhara, close to the magnificent Annapurna Himalayas, Pawan Karki has been connected to Nepal's tourism and hospitality industry since childhood. His parents have been involved in tourism for over two decades, inspiring him to build his own career in the industry.
With over 10 years of experience, Pawan has welcomed guests and accompanied travelers on treks and tours across different regions of Nepal. Alongside Hotel Paramount Pokhara and Paramount Apartment, he founded Paramount Adventure Travel & Treks to bring his experience together under one trusted travel brand.
His passion is to promote Nepal's mountains, culture, adventure, and authentic hospitality while creating safe, memorable, and meaningful experiences for travelers from around the world.
Senior Trekking Guide & Paragliding Pilot
Bijay Dahal has over 20 years of trekking experience and has successfully led 200+ treks across the Annapurna, Manaslu, Langtang, and Everest regions. He is also an experienced and internationally licensed paragliding pilot with extensive experience in both recreational and competitive paragliding.
Bijay has participated in paragliding competitions in Nepal, China, India, Indonesia, and Thailand, gaining valuable international competition experience. He is also a Gold Medalist in Paragliding at the 8th National Games of Nepal, highlighting his exceptional skill and dedication to the sport.
Having lived and traveled in China, Bijay is a Chinese-speaking guide and fluent in English, Hindi, and Nepali. He is sincere, friendly, and professional, with strong skills in itinerary planning, GPS navigation, mountain safety, emergency rescue, and photography.

Rujan Neupane is a government-licensed trekking and city guide with over 7 years of experience in Nepal's tourism industry. He has documented 19+ treks and hosted travelers from 14 different countries.
Having explored more than 70 districts of Nepal and trekked roughly 95% of the country's major trails, Rujan brings extensive firsthand knowledge of Nepal's mountains, landscapes, culture, and wildlife. His passion for photography and nature adds a unique perspective to every journey, helping travelers experience Nepal beyond the trail.

Muna K.C. is an experienced trekking guide and passionate traveller with extensive knowledge of Nepal's mountains, diverse landscapes, local cultures, and communities. As an experienced female guide, she brings a unique perspective and understanding to travellers seeking safe, comfortable, and authentic experiences in the Himalayas.
She has explored and travelled extensively across Nepal, including both popular trekking regions and remote destinations, giving her valuable first-hand knowledge of the country's trails, cultures, and hidden gems. This experience has helped her develop a strong understanding of the needs and expectations of women travellers.
At Paramount Adventures Travel & Trek, Muna specializes in women's travel and personalized trekking experiences, ensuring that every journey is professionally managed, enjoyable, and culturally enriching. Her friendly personality, confidence, local knowledge, and passion for travel make her an important member of our guiding team.

With his strong professional expertise and attention to detail, Prashit plays an important role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring effective financial management. His commitment to transparency and financial discipline contributes significantly to the company's smooth operations and sustainable growth.
Beyond our founder, our team includes experienced trekking and tour guides with deep knowledge of the Himalayan trails, local communities and mountain conditions, along with reliable porters and local support staff who play an essential role in every trip. We work closely with trusted local partners for adventure activities such as peak climbing, rafting and paragliding.
