For travellers with just one day in Pokhara and a "see it all" mindset, this private city tour covers seven of the valley's best-known landmarks in a single, efficiently paced day. We move from the towering Pumdikot Shiva Statue and the hilltop World Peace Pagoda, down to the thundering Davis Falls and the underground chambers of Gupteshwor Cave beneath it, then on to the hilltop Bindabasini Temple, the dramatic Seti River Gorge cutting through the city centre, and finally the Gorkha Memorial Museum. Unlike our hiking-focused day tours, this is a sightseeing-first itinerary — private vehicle throughout, minimal walking, and built for maximum coverage in minimum time.

8:00 AM — Hotel Pickup. We begin at a comfortable mid-morning hour, with a private vehicle and guide for the full day ahead.
8:30 AM – 9:30 AM — Pumdikot Shiva Statue. Time on site: 60 min. We drive up to Pumdikot, home to one of the tallest Shiva statues in Nepal, set on a ridge with sweeping views across the Pokhara valley and, on clear days, the Annapurna range beyond it.
10:00 AM – 11:00 AM — World Peace Pagoda. Time on site: 60 min. From Pumdikot we continue to the World Peace Pagoda, reached by a short walk, for a second high vantage point over Phewa Lake and the surrounding hills.
11:30 AM – 12:15 PM — Davis Falls & Gupteshwor Cave. Time on site: 45 min. Back in the city, we visit Davis Falls, where the Pardi Khola river drops abruptly underground into a narrow gorge, then descend into Gupteshwor Cave directly beneath it, where the same water can be seen and heard flowing through limestone chambers.
12:15 PM – 1:15 PM — Lunch Break. We take an hour for lunch near the falls, at own expense.
1:30 PM – 2:15 PM — Bindabasini Temple. Time on site: 45 min. We visit Bindabasini Temple, a hilltop shrine dedicated to Goddess Bhagwati and one of the oldest and most significant temples in Pokhara, known for its active daily rituals.
2:30 PM – 3:00 PM — Seti River Gorge. Time on site: 30 min. A short stop at one of the viewpoints over the Seti River Gorge, where the river disappears into a narrow, steep-walled channel that cuts directly beneath the city.
3:15 PM – 4:00 PM — Gorkha Memorial Museum. Time on site: 45 min. We close the day at the Gorkha Memorial Museum, tracing the history of Nepal's Gorkha regiments and their role in British and Indian military history.
4:15 PM — Return to Hotel. We drive back to the hotel, concluding the tour by mid-to-late afternoon.
